摘    要:分析了带金属嵌件的薄壁塑件注射成型工艺与模具设计要点,利用CAE技术对铁框和塑框一体注射成型件的翘曲变形进行分析,得出不同材料属性与塑件结构是引起塑件翘曲变形及塑铁分离的主要原因,并通过调整注射温控系统和塑件结构的方法实现优化,最终成型出符合质量要求的塑件。

Abstract:The injection moulding process of thin-walled plastic parts with metal insert and its design essential of the mould were analyzed. Using CAE technology, the warpage of a plastic frame with a metal insert was analyzed and it was discussed that the difference of material properties and plastic parts structures was the primary cause of the warpage and separation between steel insert and plastic frame. The warpage problem was solved by optimizing temperature control system and the product structure.
