摘    要:介绍了装饰表层低压一体注射绿色模具的优势和技术原理,从热流道系统、模架、面料挂针机构、面料压块机构、电控柜顺序控制系统、冷却系统等几个方面阐述了该类模具的关键技术和解决方案,将其应用到中低端汽车内饰件的生产制造,可更好地解决新车的环保问题,消除车内残存的有害物质,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:The advantage and technology principle of green injection moulding under low pressure for decorative surface was presented. The key technology and solution of this type of mould were stated from aspects of hot runner system, mould base, fabric hanging and pressing mechanism, sequential control system of electric control cabinet, cooling system and so on. The application of the mould in producing the interior decorating parts of middle and low-end automobile can better solve the problem in environmental protection; the residues of harmful substances can be reduced largely and the market prospect is wide.
