摘    要:比较了模具零件倒角数控铣削的方法,对各种倒角铣削进行了详细的数学分析与图解,结合宏程序与刀具补偿值指令(G10),采用分层切削,拟合成形的方法,以具体零件为例,编写了能用于实际的粗、精加工的通用宏程序,归纳了各类模具零件倒角铣削的编程方法与技巧,为零件倒角数控铣削提供了简洁有效的解决方法。

Abstract:Compared with the CNC milling method for chamfer feature (oblique angle/fillet), the mathematical analysis and diagrammatize were made. Applying macro program and cut- ter compensation value instruction (G10) and taking a specific part as example, A gener- al-purpose macro program was developed for practical rough and finish machining in which the layered cutting and fitting methods were adopted. The programming method and skills of chamfer milling for all kinds of die and mould components were summarized.
