摘    要:通过对汽车覆盖件模具中活动凸模的结构和设计过程进行分析,采用自顶向下的装配结构来建立其参数化模板,应用参数关联技术在各部件的主变量之间实现尺寸驱动。在融合大量设计实践经验的基础上,结合UG/OPEN技术和WAVE技术开发一种能根据已知产品工艺数模快速设计活动凸模的系统,提高了企业中模具设计的自动化程度和智能化程度。

Abstract:Through analysis on the design procedure and structure of a movable punch for an automobile panel, a parametric template for the punch was created by using the top-down assembling structure. The dimension driving among the main variables of die parts were realized by using parameter related technology. Combining UG/OPEN and WAVE technology with quantities of practical design experiences, a system that can rapidly design movable punch based on existing mathematical model was developed.
