离合器罩盖冲压工艺与模具设计的改进

摘    要:介绍了离合器罩盖原冲压工艺方案与模具结构设计,经分析后对原冲压工艺方案与模具结构作了改进,将落料拉深、冲孔、整形等冲压工序整合到一副复合模中,并设计了一副可以消除工序件定位误差的斜楔式侧向冲孔模。实践表明,改进后的冲压工艺与模具结构更加合理,提高了材料利用率和加工效率,降低了模具制造成本。

Abstract:Through analyzing the stamping process scheme of a clutch shroud and the structure of its die, the process and the die were improved. The processes, such as blanking, drawing, punching and sizing, were implemented in a compound die, and a side punching die was designed to avoid the location deviation of the forming parts.
