| 摘 要： | 根据在摩擦压力机上生产多品种小批量轴类零件的需求,设计了轴类镶块式通用模具,在更换产品品种或试制新产品时,只需更换上、下模块及垫板,即可满足生产要求,节约了模具材料,延长了模具使用寿命,对同类模具设计具有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | A general die with inserts for a shaft part was designed based on the requirements for producing various small-quantities of shaft parts in friction press in which various shaft parts can be made by only replacing upper and lower mould plate and intermediate plate. |
