| 摘 要： | 针对沙滩椅在成型中出现的问题,提出了顺序进气的气辅成型工艺方法,将气针进气量的控制和溢料槽的开闭控制结合起来,同时借助Moldflow软件进行模拟分析和优化,制定了切实可行的成型方案,设置了合理的气辅控制参数,确保一次试模成功。

| Abstract: | A sequential gas-assisted moulding process was proposed to solve the problems in moulding a beach chair. Based on simulation and optimization by Moldflow, a practica- ble moulding process schedule was made in which inlet with gas pin and open ＆ close of overflow groove were controlled together. The control parameters of the gas-assisted pro- cess were set reasonably to ensure the successful moulding at the first time of tryout. |
