摘    要:针对汽车中大型装饰件在注射成型时的变形问题,通过三维建模,采用Moldflow模拟分析软件,探讨加强筋设计对装饰件变形的影响,获得最佳的加强筋设计方案,避免频繁地修改塑件结构,提高了塑件的成型效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the deformation problem of large-scale automobile decorative parts in injection moulding process, a 3D model was established and the simulation analy- sis software Moldflow was applied to study the effect of reinforcing rib design on the deco- rative part's deformation. An optimal design scheme of reinforcing rib was obtained.
