摘    要:以步进电机定转子铁芯冲压工艺为例,介绍回转和叠铆技术在多工位级进模上的应用,并叙述了步进电机定转子铁芯级进模的排样方法、模具结构与设计要点,对电机定转子铁芯采用多工位级进模进行冲裁具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Taking the stamping process of the stator and rotor core of a stepping motor for example, the application of rotating and laminated riveting technology in multi-position pro-gressive die was presented. The layout method, structure and key design points of the pro- gressive die were stated.
