| 摘 要： | 对我国现行工程建设标准体系进行了分析,指出了目前我国工程建设标准体系存在的问题,借鉴西方发达国家标准化工作经验,建议在未来的工程建设标准化工作中,应逐渐建立起国际通行的技术法规-技术标准的双层标准体制,注重国家、行业、地方和企业四级标准的协调和配合,加强非政府组织和行业协会在标准化中的作用,并建立起一套科学的、系统的标准化工作制度。

| Abstract: | Existing engineering construction standard system of China is analyzed and relevant problems are pointed out. With references to experiences of western developed countries in standardization, it is suggested that internationally applicable double standard system of technical regulations and technical standard shall be gradually established for engineering construction standardization in the future, role of non-governmental organization and industrial associations in the standardization shall be strengthen, and a set of scientific and systemic standardization working rules shall be established. |
