摘    要:电能质量的在线实时监测在电能质量管理中起着重要的作用。设计1种基于ARM9微处理器的电能质量远程监测系统,系统由电能质量监测终端、GPRS通信网络、电力中心上位机系统三部分构成。采用双处理器结构,其中DSP作为协处理器主要完成电能质量相关参数的在线计算及处理,ARM9作为主处理器完成资源管理与数据存储等;利用GPRS网络实现监测终端与上位机之间的数据传输。给出了系统的硬、软件设计方案。测试结果表明,该系统能够满足电能质量远程监测的需要,可以为电网安全管理提供重要的数据参考。

Abstract:Real-time and on-line monitoring is very important for improving power quality. A remote monitoring system of power quality based on ARM9 is designed, which consists of power quality monitoring terminal, GPRS network and computer of power center. The dual CPU construction utilizes DSP to calculate the power quality parameter, ARM9 to actualize the management and storage, and GPRS to monitor the data transmission between monitoring terminal and supervising computer. The design scheme of hardware and software is introduced. Testing results indicate that this system can satisfy the need of power quality remote monitoring, and may produce the important data references for the safety management of power grid.
