摘    要:针对已有检测方法无法满足小球冠形构件表面形貌轮廓高精度测量需求的问题,提出基于单目激光头的小球冠形构件形貌轮廓精密测量方案。设计1种用于测量高精度小球冠形构件表面形貌轮廓的检测装置,采用基于共基面原理的两自由度高精度气浮定位平台减少定位误差;对得到的球面点坐标采用最小二乘法拟合球面半径,在拟合过程中改变目标函数,将拟合计算转化为求解广义特征向量。结果表明采用提出的测量方案检测小球冠形构件表面形貌轮廓可获得较高的测量精度。

Abstract:In accordance with the problem of precision measurement for surface topography and profile of the small high precision spherical cap member, a non-contact precision measurement solution of surface topography and profile of the small spherical cap based on monocular laser head is proposed. The precision measuring device for measuring small spherical cap surface is designed with a 2-DOF high precision positioning platform. During the process of LSS fitting calculation, the original objective function is replaced with an equivalent one, which turns the nonlinear calculation into linear problem of solving generalized eigenvector. An example proves the method has a good accuracy of measurement.
