成分设计在高铬白口铸铁磨球改性处理上的应用

摘    要:传统工艺条件下,高铬铸铁磨球硬度与内应力成正比,常因内应力过大造成零件失效。成分设计对减少和改善内应力及其分布具有较大作用,它可促使磨球改性处理得到更佳效果。文章从生产条件出发,提出解决高铬白口铸铁磨球的中心问题是内应力:正确的工程理念是在获得高硬度的前提下,通过采用正确的成分设计方法,进一步提高韧性。

Abstract:Under traditional technique conditions, it is direct proportion that hardness to internal stress, because of inside stress overload, high-Cr grinding ball is failed. Composition design play important action to improve inside stress and spread state of grinding balls, and obtains much more better effect. The paper put forward center problem improving high-Cr white cast iron grinding balls from production conditions, that is, toughness; corrective engineering concept: Under premise improving toughness, using method of corrective composition design enhance hardness.
