摘 要: | 蓄能用电技术的调峰特性使得其应用比较广泛,但对于蓄能用电技术的节能效果却少有量化的分析。提出、推导了电力系统能效评估的节点煤耗率指标,基于交流最优潮流进行了节点煤耗率的求解;基于节点煤耗率理论,提出了蓄能用电技术节能评价的节点用电煤耗指标,利用该指标构建并研究了蓄能用电的节能优化控制模型。IEEE14节点系统算例分析了节点煤耗率指标的时间空间特性以及用于电力系统能效评估的可行性;冰蓄冷系统算例验证了该评价方法和控制策略的可行性,蓄能用电节能优化控制可有效降低系统的整体能耗。

The Energy-Saving Assessment and Optimization of Energy Storage and Electricity Utilization Technology Based on the Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Power System |

Abstract: | Electrical energy-storage technology has been widely used due to its peak shaving function,but there has not been much quantitative analysis on its energy-saving effect. A nodal coal consumption rate index is proposed and derived to evaluate the power system energy efficiency,and an optimal power flow method is then used to calculate the index. Based on this theory,a nodal coal consumption for electricity utilization index is introduced and applied in the assessment of electrical energy-storage techniques’energy-saving effect,and a energy saving optimization for energy storage and electricity utilization is further studied. The simulation on the IEEE14-bus system reveals the time and space characteristicsof the nodal coal consumption rate index, andindicatesits feasibility in the power system energy efficiency evaluation. The example analysis of the ice-storage system verifies the feasibility of the energy-saving evaluating method and the corresponding optimal control model of electrical energy-storage techniques. The effectiveness of the optimal control model in reducing the power system energy consumption is also confirmed. |
