摘    要:对一起超高压复合式绝缘组合电器(HGIS)断路器机构漏油事件进行分析,拆开相关储能模块及导向套进行检查,发现事故是由储能缸与工作缸对接的导向套在向缸孔引入时装配不当及所用密封圈、挡圈材质不佳引起,经过对相关密封圈、挡圈进行更换,消除了此起设备缺陷,并从日常维护及设计安装两方面提出断路器漏油防范措施。

Research on Oil Leakage Fault and Its Prevention Strategy of Hydraulic Disc Spring Mechanism of Super High Voltage Circuit Breaker
Abstract:Analysis was made to a circuit breaker mechanism oil leakage fault in hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS). The relevant energy storage module and guide sleeve were separated and inspected to find that the guide sleeve butted the energy storage cylinder to the working cylinder was assembled improperly when introduced to the cylinder hole and the quality of used seal ring and retainer ring was not good. After the relevant seal ring and retainer ring were changed, equipment defect was eliminated. This paper proposed the precautionary measures of circuit breaker oil leakage from two aspects of routine maintenance and design installation.
