海阳核电常规岛动力电缆端接问题的处理研究

摘    要:针对海阳核电一期工程现场出现了大截面动力电缆在电机接线盒内无法端接施工的问题,介绍了美国标准和国家标准选择电缆的不同计算过程,对比了标准之间的差异,并对产生端接问题的原因进行了分析,提出通过更换接线盒、增加转接箱等措施来解决端接问题。

Research on Power Cable Termination in Conventional Island of Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant
Abstract:In allusion to the problem that in Haiyang nuclear power project site the power cable with big section can not terminate in motor junction box, this paper introduced the different computational process of power cable selection between American standard and national stan-dard and compared the differences between the standards. The cause producing the terminating problem was carried out analysis. This paper proposed to change the junction box to increase the transfer box etc measures to solve the terminating problem.
