开关DC-DC变换器电容电流脉冲序列控制

摘    要:提出一种电容电流脉冲序列(CC-PT)控制技术。与传统脉冲序列(PT)控制技术不同,CC-PT控制技术通过采样电容电流与预设高、低基准电流比较,得到两组频率相同、占空比变化的高、低功率控制脉冲。以CC-PT控制Buck变换器为例,阐述了其工作原理,分析了其控制特性。理论分析与实验结果表明,CC-PT控制技术采用电容电流作为内环反馈,限制了电感电流纹波的变化范围,有效抑制了低频振荡,减小了变换器输出电压纹波。实验结果表明,CC-PT控制连续导电模式(CCM)开关变换器同样具有PT控制瞬态响应速度快的优点,且具有比PT优越的稳态特性。

Capacitor Current Pulse Train Control for Switching DC-DC Converter
Abstract:This paper proposes capacitor current pulse train (CC-PT) control technique for buck converter. Different from the conventional pulse train (PT) control technique, the high and low power control pulses of CC-PT control which have the same frequency but different duty cycles are generated, by sensing the capacitor current and comparing with two different control currents. The control principle and character of CC-PT-controlled Buck converter operating in both discontinuous condition mode (DCM) and continuous conduction mode (CCM) are presented. The theoretical analysis shows that taken the capacitor current as the current inner loop, the inductor current ripple is limited and the low-frequency oscillation phenomenon can be eliminate effectively. The experimental results show that CC-PT control benefits from fast transient response, furthermore, the steady-state performance of CC-PT-controlled buck converter is better than that of PT-controlled buck converter.
