铜拉丝润滑液的研制

根据铜拉丝加工对润滑液的工作要求,在基础油和水中加入优选的乳化剂、防锈剂和抗磨剂等,研制了一种透明的微乳型水基拉丝液(O/W型微乳液).该拉丝液具有良好的乳化稳定性和抗磨性,且抗硬水能力强、防锈效果好、清洗效果明显,减少了铜线断头和模具磨损现象,达到了用户要求.

Development of a Copper Drawing Fluid

A transparent micro emulsifier water-based drawing fluid was developed using physical and chemical methods.Thus the titled copper drawing fluid was prepared by introducing emulsifier,antirust agent,and antiwear additive into No.7 base oil and water.The properties of the resulting fluid were investigated.It was found that the drawing fluid had good emulsion stability,antirust ability,and antiwear ability.Moreover,it had good suppression ability to hardwater and good cleaning ability as well,and was capable of reducing end breakage of copper-wire and wear of the drawing mould.In general,the copper drawing fluid was well received among the users.
