| 摘 要： | 本文基于PLC设计实现了一种新型双通道全自动切换连续捆钞模块结构.由转角电磁铁控制两通道切换交替接钞,共用一个捆扎机构,利用交替接钞的时间间隔实施纸币整理、传输和扎把过程,从而实现纸币不间断接收捆扎.模块结构紧凑,通用性强,可方便与清分设备集成.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a currency packer based on PLC which works uninterruptedly by automatically switching between two outlets. When the solenoid switch turn to the other outlet, the cash received by the first outlet is send to packing. After finished, the two outlets are turned each other. As all the operations are realized by a PLC system, the blocking packer is compact and robust.The machine can further be integrated with a currency sorter. |
