中钇富铕稀土矿萃取分离新工艺研究

摘    要:报道了萃取分离中钇富铕稀土矿新工艺,第一步La~Gd/(Gd)TbDy(HoY)/Ho~LuY萃取分离,出口水相La~Gd组份再Nd/Sm分组;中间出口的(Gd)TbDy(HoY)组份Tb/Dy分离。进行了扩大试验和工业生产应用。与中钇富铕稀土Nd/Sm先分组的传统工艺相比,处理能力提高约35%,P507存槽量减少约40%,贵重Tb、Dy稀土从第一步就出口,流程短、收率高。

Abstract:A new extractional process of separating the middle Y and rich Eu RE mineral,which is one of the ion absorptive rare earth minerals in south China,was reported.The first step for all process is the separation of La~Gd and (Gd)TbDy(HoY) and Ho~LuY using HEH(EH)P.Next the raffinate from the first step containing La~Gd rare earths is used as raw feed of Nd/Sm process with HEH(EH)P;the (Gd)TbDy(HoY) concentrate obtained from the first step is directly fed to Tb/Dy process.The first step process was experimented with mixer settler.Next,the all process was applied directly to industrial production. Compared with the conventional process which first step process is Nd/Sm method,the production capacity of the new process increased about 35%;the fixed investment of the extractant HEH(EH)P and rare earths in mixer settler using the new process reduced about 40%;the consumption of chemical reagents including HCl and NH 3 decreased.
