摘    要:基于USB7360数据采集卡,利用LabView开发平台,开发了能实现振动信号的采集、存储、分析、回放等功能的振动信号测试与分析系统。该系统利用软件设计取代了传统测试分析仪器中许多价格昂贵的硬件,具有精度高、稳定性好、成本低、操作简单等特点。该系统应用于实际工程测试与实验室教学均具有良好的效果。

Abstract:Based on USB7360 data acquisition card and virtual instrument workbench of LabView,a vibration testing system has been developed,which has rich functions including data acquisition and saving,signal processing and playbacking,et al.. The system has high precision,excellent stability,low investment,convenient operation and other characteristics,due to most functions of the system has been accomplished by software instead of expensive hard wares. Practical application showed:the vibration testing system had good effect both in actual project test and and in laboratory teaching.
