| Abstract: | The cross-linked PVA is a kind of excellent absorption vector,because of that there are lots of activated hydroxyl groups on PVA.In this research,the PVA is used,blending with thiourea and glutaraldehyde.Configuration of boric acid and sodium hydrogen phosphate solution,then PVA blending solution dropwised into boric acid and sodium hydrogen phosphate solution,the spherical resin was prepared.The concentration of PVA,the rate of PVA and thiourea,the concentration of coagulation bath,the absorption and desorption rate of Cu2+ were studied.As a result: when the concentration of PVA was 8.0%,the rate of PVA and thiourea was 5:1,the concentration of Na2HPO4 and H3BO3 was 37.5 g/L and 62.5 g/L,respectively.The absorption of the spherical resin was 31.11mg/g.It has equivalent absorption capacity of Cu2+ to other thiourea resin,but has advantages of simple prepared and environmental protection. |
