| 摘 要： | 以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,有机酸和固体超强酸作为催化剂,合成了7 -羟基-4-甲基香豆素.实验结果表明:间苯二酚、乙酰乙酸乙酯物质的量比为1:1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为1.5％（物质的量百分比）,85℃下反应2h,产率较高为85.1％.

| Abstract: | The synthesis of 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin was studied with hydroxyphenol and acetylacetic ether in the presence of organic acid and solid superacid catalyst.The experimental results showed that: the amount of substance of hydroxyphenol and acetylacetic ether is 1∶1,paratoluenesulfonic acid is 1.5%(molar percentage),reaction temperature is 85℃,reaction time is 2 h,yield is 85.1%. |
