摘    要:合成了新型的酸性季鳞盐型离子液体(IL)取代传统的硫酸催化剂,并与Pt/C催化剂构成双催化剂体系用于硝基苯催化加氢一步合成对氨基苯酚(PAP)的反应.在4种酸性季鳞盐离子液体中,三苯基膦季鳞硫酸氢盐HSO3(CH2)4P(Ph)3]HSO4的催化性能要优于三苯基膦季鏻三氟甲磺酸盐HSO3(CH2)4P(Ph)3]C...

Abstract:A novel ionic liquid of acidic quaternary phosphonium salt type was synthesized to instead of sulfuric acid was investigated,and it with Pt/C form bi-catalyst system and was used for the one step synthesis of p-aminophenol by catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.Among the four acidic quaternary phosphonium salt ionic liquids,catalytic performance of HSO3(CH2)4P(Ph)3]HSO4 is superior to HSO3(CH2)4P(Ph)3]CF3SO3,HSO3(CH2)4P(Ph)3]CH3(C6H4)SO3 and HSO3(CH2)4P(C4H9)3]HSO4.Under the reaction conditions of 85 ℃,0.2 MPa,4 h,Pt/C 0.2 g,NB 3.5 g,Ils 40 mL(m(IL)/m(NB)=7),1 000 r/min,nitrobenzene conversion was 86.54% and paminophenol yield was 48.98%.The experimental results indicated that the bi-catalyst system can be reused.
