甘油氢解制备丙二醇催化剂研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外甘油氢解制备丙二醇催化剂的最新研究进展。指出催化剂是甘油氢解制备丙二醇工艺的关键因素,而目前研究中使用较多的有Cu、Ru、Rh、Pt、Ni、Co基催化剂,这些催化剂的类型、组成、载体、制备方法和工艺条件等直接影响催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性、产物分离难易度和环境污染等。总结指出,甘油氢解制备1,3-丙二醇工艺需要加强高活性和选择性催化剂的基础性研究,而甘油氢解制备1,2-丙二醇工艺在现有比较成熟的催化剂基础上应进一步改进催化体系和催化剂的制备技术,为尽早实现工业化打下基础。

Abstract:The recent progress of catalysts used in hydrogenolysis of glycerol to propanediols is reviewed. Catalyst is the key factor in the hydrogenolysis of glycerol to propanediols,such as Cu,Ru,Rh,Pt,Ni,Co-based catalysts. The catalyst properties,product separation and environment pollution are influenced by the catalyst type,composition,vector,preparation and process condition. There is still a lack of fundamental understanding of high activity and selectivity catalyst in hydrogenolysis of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol,Optimization of preparation technologies of catalysts used in hydrogenolysis of glycerol to 1,2-propanediol will be needed in order to achieve commercialization.
