加氢反应器简体热应力有限元分析

摘    要:通过有限元软件ANSYS,分别计算了加氢反应器筒体在启动和稳态操作情况下的温度及热应力分布.结果表明,加氢反应器堆焊层与基层的交接区产生热应力集中,同时温度的快速上升对筒体热应力也有一定的影响.

Abstract:The temperature and thermal stress distribution of the hydrogenation reactor were computed by the finite element software ANSYS for the two instances of starting-up and steady operation.The results showed that it produces thermal stress concentration on the connection area of the weld overlay and the base -layer in the hydrogenation reactor,while the rapid rising temperature has a certain impact to thermal stress on the cylinder.
