埋弧焊焊缝跟踪控制系统及发展状况

摘    要:高技术工业生产对厚板焊接的质量越来越高,使埋弧焊具有日益广阔的应用前景,而埋弧焊的焊缝跟踪技术则是进一步提高焊接生产主和焊缝质量的关键。根据所用传感器的不同综述了各种埋弧焊缝跟踪控制系统的原理和特点及各重要部分,分析了其现状并提出了未来发展方向。

Abstract:With the develpet of high tecndng of hakJstrial production, the walding wt of thek wh Wekhaen isbecoming mere and mere imprtant, which expands the applied range of SAW. The SAW seam tracking is the critical technology to prompt productivty and weding quality. This paper summarized the principle,characteristic of every kind SAW seam trackingsystems according to sensors used.The present situation of control system is introduced and the future development trend of control system is put forward in this paper.
