| 摘 要： | 黄龙水库混凝土面板堆石坝面板裂缝处理，本着治本为主，治表为辅，表本结合，综合处理的原则，对大于0.2mm及贯穿性裂缝，采用HK-G系列环氧灌浆材料打孔灌浆，表面涂刷水泥基渗透结晶型防水产品塞柏斯（XYPEX）和涂刷PUA-75聚脲弹性涂料增强表面抗拉和抗裂强度，对小于0.2mm以下非贯穿性裂缝可采用表面涂刷塞柏斯和聚脲弹性涂料。处理后，经压水试验和蓄水运行表明，处理效果较好，满足工程运行要求。

| Abstract: | A comprehensive treatment is made in handling the crack of the concrete faced rockfill darn faceplate in Huanglong Reservoir. For the through crack wider than 0.2mm, the grouting by HK-G epoxy grouting materials with seepage crystal XYPEX and elastic PUA-75 brushing on the surface is applied to boost up surface tensile strength and breaking resistance, while for the non-through crack less than 0.2 mm in width is dealed with XYPEX and PUA-75 pointing on the surface. The effect is proved to be qualified in construction by water pressure test and storage operation, |
