含双缺陷光子晶体的缺陷模特性及应用

利用传输矩阵法,计算了含双缺陷的一维准周期光子晶体的透射谱,并分析了缺陷模的特征。结果表明:当两缺陷层的折射率为1时,该光子晶体的透射谱有一包含可见光所有波长的带隙。而当两缺陷层的折射率为1.1时,原带隙中产生了一缺陷模,且此缺陷模的位置和透射峰值都随两缺陷层折射率不同而变化。折射率越大,缺陷模位置对应的波长越长,缺陷模的峰值也越大。利用缺陷模的这一特性,可以设计一种微型的烟雾传感器。

Characteristics and application of defect mode of photonic crystal containing two defects
