摘    要:介绍了一种通用的面向连续生产过程分析和调度的原型系统,以及实现这类系统的一些思想、技术和方法。提出了一种连续生产装置抽象模型,并基于此模型通过面向对象编程方法,建立了通用的生产装置分析调度平台。这个平台的主体是一个复杂的生产装置分析调度对象类。

Abstract:A general production scheduling system in CIM environment for continuous industries is introduced in this paper. With this approach, we can build a virtual production and scheduling system for special continuous production plant conveniently. A general model of most continuous production units is applied in this paper, based on which a general object class of integrating production simulation and logical analysis is provided. This object class is established with OOP (Object Oriented Programming), with integration of some logical analysis method based on hybrid dynamic system theory. The structure of this object class is open and embedding. External production simulation module can be linked to the object. By this means, a system of production prediction, analysis and scheduling for special units can be established. Both stable simulation module and dynamic simulation module can be used in this approach. This makes it possible to use many existed simulation softwares. Thus the software reusability of this approach is high. Several simple rules are need when making use of this general approach in special plant.
