| 摘 要： | 中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司新建了一套8 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置,计划加工高含硫外油.文章对该装置易腐蚀部位进行了分析,并结合中国石化集团公司选材导则和加工外油经验,重点对该常减压蒸馏装置冷换设备的选材进行了讨论,具有一定的参考和指导意义.

| Abstract: | A grass-root 160,000 BPSD atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit has been constructed in SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Com- pany to process imported high-sulfur crude oil.The unit sections which are susceptible to corrosion are analyzed.The material selection of heat exchange equipment is discussed based upon the industry material selection guidelines and high-sulfur crude processing experience. |
