| 摘 要： | 网络民粹主义作用下网民对网络事件的直接参与干涉,使得网络舆论呈现非理性的特征。以"我爸是李刚事件"为例可以看出,民粹效应下网络舆论主体平民性与客体精英性形成了鲜明的对比,形成了网络舆论的"龙卷风效应",并可能造成谣言的传播。要对网络进行"舆论松绑",提升网民的网络素养,加强网络媒体的专业精神,促进政府等各部门新媒体化的构建。

| Abstract: | With the convenience,quickness and anonymity of the Internet and under the influence of network populism,Internet users directly get involved in and interfere with the network events.The network public opinion is characteristic of irrationality.The article entitled "My dad is Li Gang incident" is a case in point.This paper focuses on discussing how the network public opinion returns to rationality with the populist effect. |
