| 摘 要： | 目前对教育投入效率的评估主要是通过研究教育投入与产出的关系来进行，但这类方法对产出的测量存在困难．本文用市场反应的方法，从研究教育投入与学校所在地区房地产市场价值变化着手，构建了测试教育投入政策效率的模型，并对模型的假设进行了分析，为教育投入政策研究提供一种新的分析思路。

| Abstract: | Classical literatures on assessing the efficient model of educational inputs,analysis of the empirical approach to study the relationship between the educational inputs and outcomes,all these methods have some shortcomings on measuring educational outcomes.The paper utilizes the approach of marketed-response to form a model to appraisal the efficiency of education inputs,through focusing on the relationship between increasing the educational inputs and changing of the district's property value.Also the paper studies their strong assumptions,and provides a new method for forthcoming study of the educational inputs. |
