PPy/SiO2纳米复合材料的合成与表征

摘    要:以水为反应介质,在SiO2纳米级粒子存在下,用化学方法合成了聚吡咯/SiO2纳米复合材料,利用元素分析,红外光谱,热失重,透射电子显微镜和四探针技术表征了这些材料的组成,结构和性能,压片成型后,材料的电导率主达42.9s/cm。

Abstract:Polypyrrole/ Silica nanocomposites were prepared by the in - situ chemical synthesis of polypyrrole in the presence of silica particles (10 - 20 run diameter) with water as solvent. These composites were characterized by a wide range of experimental techniques, including elemental microanalysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravime-try, transmission electron microscopy and four - point probe conductivity measurement. The tablets of the composite powder compressed under the pressure of 40 MPa possessed a conductivity up to 42.9 S/cm.
