摘    要:针对K-H-V型渐开线行星齿轮减速器,提出一种以传动零件精度等级为主要设计变量的基于回差分析的优化设计方法。可据规定回差允值,最佳地规定和分配各传动零件参数、精度等级及公差值。使减速器能最佳地满足设计使用、工艺和经济性要求。

Abstract:Using precision grades of the transmission parts as main variables,the authors put forward a set of method about optimal design of K-H-V involute planetary gear reducers based on backlash anslysis.The best parameters,precision grades and relevant tolerances for transmission parts can be assigneed by optimal design in terms of the a backlash,and thus the reducers can meet the requirements of performance,technology and ecoromy simultaneously.
