摘    要:为评价Tm^3+掺杂上转换玻璃材料的激光特性,本文测量了Tm^3+掺杂的锗酸 和碲酸盐玻璃上转换发主上转换光学增益系数,在锗酸盐中D2的益系数GGD=0.36mm^-1,在碲酸盐中D2和G4的增益系数GTD=1.79mm^-1和1.65mm^-1。结果表明,在650nm激发下实现上转换激光运转,碲酸盐更具有优势。

Abstract:An evaluation method of Tm 3+ doped glasses for upconversion laser was given.In this paper.the upconversion luminescence of Tm 3+ in geminate and telluride glasses was studied.Optical gains of the upconversion luminescence were measured.The gain coefficient G GD of 1 D 2 equaled 0.36 mm -1 in geminate, G TD equaled 1.79 mm -1 of 1 D 2 and G TD equaled 1.65 mm -1 of 1 G 4 in telluride.With the results the possibility of upconversion lasing under 650 nm excitation was discussed.Telluride glass has an advantage for laser operation compared with geminate glass.
