圆柱直齿轮冷精锻模具工装设计

摘    要:为将圆柱直齿轮冷精锻技术应用于实际生产,提出了齿腔分流工艺,并为该工艺设计了专用模具工装。通过有限元模拟校核了模具关键零件的强度,并采用20CrMnTi坯料进行实验研究,验证该工艺方案及模具结构的合理性。结果表明,齿腔分流工艺能很好地成形出20CrMnTi齿轮锻件;模具结构合理,满足生产强度要求,出模容易。

Abstract:In order to put cold precision forging of spur gear into practice,a distributive process which divides material flow in dentiform cavity was put forward,and a special die set was designed.The strength of the key part of die set was checked by finite-element method,and the process and die set were tested by experiments with the material of the blank as 20CrMnTi.The results show that it can gets eligible forging by this process;the structure of the die set is reasonable,and its strength is enough to satisfy t...
