青钢降低吨钢综合能耗潜力分析

摘    要:通过对青钢能源现状的分析,探讨了青钢进一步降低吨钢综合能耗的主要潜力和措施。降低中间产品钢比系数(铁水钢比系数、焦化焦炭钢比系数、烧结矿钢比系数)、降低炼铁能耗是青钢今后降低吨钢综合能耗的主要潜力所在。通过进一步采取措施吨钢综合能耗可以由2006年的669kgce/t,逐步降低到580~566kgce/t。

Abstract:Through analyzing energy situation, the main potentialities and measures for reducing the comprehensive energy consumption per ton steel in Qinggang are discussed. Decreasing the semifinished product steel ratio and iron-making energy consumption are the dominating potentialities of decreasing the comprehensive energy consumption for the future in Qinggang. The comprehensive energy consumption should be induced stage by stage to 580-566 kgce/t from 669 kgce/t in 2006 through taking some measures more.
