摘    要:以淀粉为原料,利用北京棒杆菌AS1.299发酵生产谷氨酸。采用传统的发酵工艺,确定了北京棒杆菌AS1.299发酵工艺条件。

Abstract:This article discusses the researching process of glutamic acid 's production with Corynebacterium pekinense in brief. It also introduces glutamic acid's production with AS1. 299 germ grain. Great importance is attached to some contents, such as the determination of culture medium and technique condition.
