| Abstract: | This article discusses the researching process of glutamic acid ＇s production with Corynebacterium pekinense in brief. It also introduces glutamic acid＇s production with AS1. 299 germ grain. Great importance is attached to some contents, such as the determination of culture medium and technique condition. |
