受价格、产地、炼制工艺限制等诸多因素的影响,采用输油管道顺序输送是解决输送不同种类原油问题的最佳方法,但产生的混油损失是管道企业面临的新课题.主要分析原油顺序输送过程中的混油损失,提出计算管路终端混油长度的方法.

Analysis and Calculation of Oil Mixing Loss in Sequential Transferring

Based on the different factors including pricing, production sites and refiningprocesses, sequential transferring is the best way for piping of different types of crude. However, the method is accompanied by oil mixing loss which is a new issue many pipeline companies have to face with. This paper deals mainly with the analysis of mixing loss in sequential transferring of crude oil, and the approach of calculation of mixing length at the pipeline terminal.
