硬质合金环电解平面磨削加工的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验的方法,研究机械密封硬质合金环电解平面磨削过程,分析电流密度、磨削压力、加工电压、磨轮线速度、工件进给速、电解液浓度和温度等主要加工工艺参数的影响。结果表明,电解平面磨削(ECG)却能克服传统加工方法的缺陷,降低加工成本,提高硬质合金密封环的加工精度和表面质量,甚至达到镜面加工的水平。

Abstract:The process of electrochemical plane grinding for hard alloy ring applying to mechanic sealing is investigated by experiments, and the effects of the technical parameter such as the electric current density, electric voltage,the rotation rate of wheel and charging rate of the part, and the concentration and temperature of the electrolyte on the processing are analyzed. The results show that the faultiness in traditional working process can be surmounted, the operating cost may be decreased, and the working precise and surface quality of the hard alloy ring can be improved, the effect of the mirror grinding could be achieved in the best, by use of the electrochemical plane grinding process.
