摘    要:在荷兰DELFT科技大学疏浚技术实验室进行了大量的离心泵高浓度泥砂输送实验。泥砂粒径分细砂、中砂和粗砂三种,泥砂浓度覆盖了生产应用中可能达到的范围,实验最高体积浓度达到42%,相应混合物密度达1700kg/m^3。分析了高含砂量对泥泵扬程、效率、功率等性能参数的影响,为水力输送高浓度泥砂离心泵的设计和运行提供了依据。

Abstract:A great deal of tests of highly concentrated sand transport using centrifugal pump were carried out at the Dredging Technology laboratory, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. The tested sands included fine sand, medium sand and coarse sand, and the tested sand concentration covered the values possibly reached in engineering. The highest dehvered volumetric concentration in the tests reached 42%, and correspondingly, the slurry density reached 1700 kg/m^3. The influence of highly concentrated sand on the lift, efficiency and power consumption of slurry pump is analyzed, which can be used as a reference for the design and operation of centrifugal pump used in the highly concentrated sand transport.
