逆变等离子喷涂电源的研制

摘    要:介绍一种新型大功率逆变等离子喷涂电源,电源主体采用并联方式,额定功率80 kW,最大输出电流可达1 000 A。文中分析了逆变电源中功率开关元件IGBT的过电压、过电流的产生原因及保护措施。实践证明该电源稳定可靠,并已投入生产。

Abstract:A new type large power invert plasma spray power supply is introduced. The main structure of the power supply adopts parallel connecting method,it is rated 80 kW and the output current can be up to 1 000 A.A safeguard method of IGBT is introduced in the paper after analyzing the reason of over current flow and over voltage.It is proved that the invert plasma spray power supply has high stability through practical spraying,and now it is put into use.
