广东石油和化工重点耗能行业节能潜力分析

文章简要分析了广东炼油、乙烯、烧碱、纯碱、合成氨五个重点耗能行业的能耗现状和节能潜力。五个行业2006年共消耗各种能源折标准煤1150万t,约占全省石油化工行业总能耗的50%。预计到2010年五个行业合计有节能潜力147.46万t标准煤,与2006年耗能量比较平均节能约13%。其中炼油和乙烯行业可节约标准煤139.58万t,是构成广东石油化工行业节能潜力的主要方面。

Analysis of Energy-saving Potential for Main Energy Consumption Industries of Petro-Chem in Guangdong

The paper briefly analyzed the current energy consumption status and energy-saving potential for oil refining,ethylene,caustic soda,soda ash,synthetic ammonia in GD.These five industries consumed all kinds of energy was 11500 kt equivalent of coal,and took 50 % of whole petro-chem energy consumption of GD in 2006.It was predicted that the energy-saving potential for the five industries added up was 1474.6 kt equivalent of coal till 2010,and the total consumption will reduce by 13 % comparing with 2006.Among them oil refining and ethylene were two stress energy-saving industries of GD petro-chem with potential for 1395.8 kt equivalent of coal.
