摘    要:利用实验室自制的SPG-1型超分散剂进行液体分散染料的超细化制备,研究了分散剂用量、染料含固量、研磨方式对粒径的影响。结果表明:染料含固量10%,SPG-1型分散剂质量分数10%,用纳米砂磨机可制备染料粒径为216.4 nm,多分散指数(PDI)为0.206的液体分散染料;用球磨机可制备染料粒径为229.9 nm,PDI为0.238的液体分数染料。两种研磨方式制备的染料粒径大小相当,放置30 d后颗粒平均粒径在400 nm以下,其中纳米砂磨机制备的染料颗粒形状大小均一,稳定性更好。

Abstract:The ultrafine preparation technology of liquid disperse dyestuff by SPG-1 dispersant made in the laboratory is developed.The effects of dispersant dosage,dye solid content,milling methods on the particle size of disperse dyestuff are studied.The results show that when the solid content of the dye is 10%,the mass fraction of SPG-1 dispersant is 10%,the liquid disperse dye with particle size of 216.4 nm and polydispersity index(PDI)of 0.206 can be prepared with nanometer sanding machine,and the liquid disperse dye with particle size of 229.9 nm and polydispersity index(PDI)of 0.238 can be prepared with ball milling machine.The particle size of the dyes prepared by two methods is equivalent,and the aver?age particle size of the particles is below 400 nm after stored for 30 d.Meanwhile,the dye particles pre?pared by the nanometer sanding machine are uniform in shape and size,which lead to better stability.
