超细蚕丝粉体在棉织物印花上的应用

摘    要:讨论以染色后的超细蚕丝粉体代替涂料对棉织物进行印花的可行性。印花色浆由4%海藻酸钠、3%染色蚕丝粉体以及3%黏合剂UDT组成,流变性较好,较适用于棉织物印花。120℃烘燥1 h的印花制品各项性能最为优异。印花织物的耐干摩擦色牢度较好,而耐湿摩擦色牢度较差。与传统的涂料印花相比,粉体印花织物的透气性更好,亲水性能也较为优异。

Abstract:The feasibility of printing cotton fabric with dyed ultrafine silk powder instead of pigment is discussed.The printing paste is composed of 4%sodium alginate,3%dyed ultrafine silk powder and 3%adhesive UDT,which has good rheological property and is suitable for cotton fabric printing.The printing products dried at 120℃for 1 h have the best performance.The printed fabric has better color fastness to dry rubbing,but poor color fastness to wet rubbing.Compared with the traditional pigment printing,the fabric printed with dyed silk powder has better air permeability and hydrophilic properties.
