大豆蛋白纤维混纺织物的热次氯酸钠法定量分析

摘    要:采用热次氯酸钠溶液去除混纺纤维中的大豆蛋白纤维,以对大豆蛋白纤维与其他纤维(锦纶、腈纶、聚酯、丙纶、乙纶)混纺织物进行定量分析,研究了热次氯酸钠浓度、时间、温度等条件对大豆蛋白纤维溶解性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用0.25 mol/L次氯酸钠水溶液在95℃水浴中,以30 r/min振荡10 min,可作为大豆蛋白纤维溶解最优条件。该方法操作简便、安全,且对混纺织物中其他纤维的影响较小。

Abstract:The hot sodium hypochlorite solution is used to remove the soybean protein fiber in the blend?ed fiber to quantitatively analyze the blended fabric of soybean fiber and other fibers(nylon,acrylic,poly?ester,polypropylene and polyethylene).The effects of the concentration of hot sodium hypochlorite,time and temperature on the solubility of soybean protein fiber are studied.The results show that soy?bean protein fiber can be dissolved by using 0.25 mol/L sodium hypochlorite solution in water bath at 95℃and shaking at 30 r/min for 10 min.This test method is easy to operate,safe and has less effect on other fibers in blended fabrics.
