摘    要:三维缝合复合材料是指使用缝合的方式在厚度方向上将织物连接成三维结构,再通过树脂传递模塑等工艺浸渍固化缝合后得到的三维织物。介绍了宏细观角度下三维缝合复合材料的拉伸、弯曲、层间剪切及冲击后压缩等力学性能的主要研究成果,并对其湿热、机械连接性能进行探讨,总结了三维缝合复合材料目前的应用现状,对三维缝合复合材料的发展研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The 3D stitched composite material refers to a composite material obtained by joining the fabrics into a three-dimensional structure in the thickness direction by stitching,and then impregnating and solidifying the stitched 3D fabric by aprocess such as RTM(resin translate molding).The main research results of mechanical properties such as tensile,bending,layer shearing and post-impact compression of 3D stitched composites were reviewed under macroscopic and mesoscopic angles,and discussed the wet heat and mechanical joint properties,and summarized the application status of 3D stitched composites,the development direction of 3D stitched composites was prospected.
