Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for the determination of trace formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde,butyraldehyde and valeral?dehyde in textiles is established.The samples are extracted with 2.0%phosphate by ultrasonic assistive technology,and then the analytes are derivated by DNPH.The derivatives are separated on a BEH C18 column(75 mm×2.0 mm,2.2μm)by using 0.05%formic acid/methanol solution as the mobile phase with the gradient elution.Quantitative detection is performed in positive multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode by using external standard method.The five aldehydes have good linearity in the range of 2.0~200.0μg/L(calculated by aldehyde),the correlation coefficient R 2>0.9990,the recovery rates of the method are 89.0%~98.5%at the three spiked levels,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)are 2.3%~7.4%.
