Study on the Application Value of Transabdominal Combined Transvaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

Objective:to explore the effect and value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:patients with acute abdomen receiving treatment in the department of gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital were selected as the research targets.The research was conducted from January 2016 to December 2020.2116 patients were received by emergency treatment.Patients were given transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography after admission to the hospital.With pathological examination results as the standard,the recall factor of acute abdomen different ultrasonography results and recall factor of acute abdomen was compared.Meanwhile,the diagnose accordance rate,sensitivity and specificity of different examination modes were calculated.Results:the positive detection rate of transabdominal ultrasonography,transvaginal ultrasonography,and transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography was 83.59%,84.27%and 96.80%respectively.The detection rate of combined ultrasonography differed from that of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography greatly,and the data comparison had statistical significance,P<0.05;there was no obvious differences in the detection rate of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography,and the data comparison had no statistical significance,P>0.05.The diagnose accordance rate,sensitivity and specificity of combined ultrasonography was 97.83%,96.80%and 98.80%,remarkably higher than that of transvaginal ultrasonography,which was 88.99%,83.59%and 94.11%and transvaginal ultrasonography,which was 89.49%,84.27%and94.38%,the data comparison difference had statistical significance,P<0.05;There was little difference in the diagnose accordance rate,sensitivity and specificity of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography,which had no statistical significance,P>0.05.Conclusion:the application of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen can get a high accuracy rate of diagnosis,and it has better effects than the application of any single ultrasonography.It provides reliable and accurate basis for the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,with a high application value.
